DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19, WE’VE HAD TO ADAPT THE WAY WE OPERATE SO YOU MAY NOTICE OUR MENU IS STRUCTURED DIFFERENTLY. THIS WILL ASSIST OUR RECOVERY AND ENSURE THAT BRISCOLA KEEPS SERVING THE CANBERRA COMMUNITY WELL INTO THE FUTURE. WE WILL KEEP RE-INTRODUCING ITEMS BACK TO OUR MENU AS SOON AS WE CAN.

BRISCOLA WOULD LIKE TO SINCERELY THANK OUR CUSTOMERS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT DURING THIS TIME ??

Our food and beverage ethos is about using local suppliers and importing quality products from Italy. Our coffee is locally roasted by Lonsdale Street Roasters, the gelato is locally churned by Gelatomio, our charcuterie is cured by Balzanelli Small Goods and we stock wines and beers from more than 10 different Canberra wineries and breweries. The ravioli is locally made by Nonna.

Our menus cater for vegetarians, vegans and many intolerances. We have gluten free pizza bases and pasta.
